We had quite the busy week at the pool.
On Tuesday we hosted Stoney Creek from the OAA Red Division for our annual Pink Meet.
The boys did a great job decorating their pink caps for Tuesday.

100 Fly: Mason Solecki
Hayden Forsythe's 199.55 diving scored put him into 5th place on our Top 10 List.
Man of the Meet #1 (Stoney): Freshman Chase Drouillard. He went 4/4 on best times: He had drops of 200 IM (1.43), 50 Breast (.10), 500 Free (58.59), and 100 Free (.67). Great job Chase!
Man of the Meet #2 (Stoney): Sophomore Nathan Babbie. He was not feeling well and still managed to have a nice 1.45 second drop in the 50 Free on Tuesday.
Oakland County Diving Championships were held on Friday at Waterford Mott. Both Ben and Hayden qualified for the meet.
Oakland County Swimming Championships were held on Saturday at Waterford Mott. Our qualifiers were:
200 Medley Relay: Mason Solecki, Tim Stanley, John Cook, and Luke Catchpole
200 Free: Tim Stanley
100 Fly: John Cook and Mason Solecki
500 Free: Tim Stanley
200 Free Relay: John Cook, Colin Czarnik, Luke Catchpole, Tim Stanley
100 Back: Mason Solecki
400 Free Relay: John Cook, Colin Czarnik, Luke Catchpole, Mason Solecki
Man of the Week #1: Senior Kyle Pyykkonen, Had a nice 2.39 second drop in the 200 Free on Tuesday. He is also doing a great helping us 'win the deck' every meet with cheering on his teammates.
Man of the Week #2: Senior John Cook. After Saturday's Oakland County Meet, John earned his way to his fourth state championships for his high school career. Very impressive achievement!
Next week we will wrap up the dual meet portion of our season. We will host division rival Troy on Thursday for our Senior Night.
On Saturday our qualifiers will swim at Calvin College in the MISCA (Michigan Interscholastic Swim Coaches Association) Meet.
